What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, your room is available from 12:00 noon.

On the day of departure, check out time is by 10:00 am.

What reductions apply?

For children

Under 2 years: free

Ages 2 to 4: -50%

Ages 5 to 7: -30%

Ages 8 to 12: -20%


For adults

Third bed: -10%

Can I bring my dog?

Your four-legged friends are welcome. We've even designated an area for them in the restaurant! The supplement is € 10 per day.

Can I have lunch in the hotel?

Sure! In addition to breakfast and dinner, you can have lunch on-site for an additional € 22 per person per day. (drinks excluded)

What are the wellness centre hours?

The pool is open from 8:30 am, and the spa from 4:00 pm. Both close at 7:00 pm.

When is the booking considered confirmed?

As confirmation, we request a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, to be paid within 7 days from the date of approval of the quote.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival. With shorter notice, 20 to 7 days, the deposit amount will be retained, but may be used for a subsequent stay (within one year).

In case of no show, late arrival, or early departure, the full agreed price is charged.

To protect yourself from any unforeseen events (unfortunately, they can always happen), we recommend that you take out travel insurance within 48 hours of booking confirmation, for example with Care4UHotel, so as not to lose the amount paid!

How can I pay my bill?

We accept cash (up to the legal limit), checks, debit cards, and credit cards (except Amex).
